Yoga and bellydance. Belly dance teaches you to control the muscles we rarely use that will be good to have strong for giving birth. Belly rolls are very good for it.
You can do stuff that doesn't put strain on your abdomen, so sit ups would be out of the question. The stuff you can do is kinda limited so I would ask your doctor just to make sure. Mine has told me I can only walk, and light stretches and stuff.
I wouldn't do sit ups. Swimming is a good one when you are pregnant because it is low impact. I think it might be best to get medical advice about what is safe for you to do during pregnany.
walk alot and have sex that will make your muscles open more so when your giving birth it won;t hurt as much and it wont be that hard for your muscles to open..... it will be a faster delivery.
