No not at all where did you get that? That was an empty speech it went nowhere. Bush used to say we are going to fight this war on terror until we win and we have them on the run. Well Obama was saying just the opposite we will be out by 2011 well how does he know that? There was no strategy at all just 30,000 troops going over there but what are they going to do once there and how are they going to end this thing and be home by 2011. There was also more apology for all that we have done to other countries over the years and more blaming Bush.
