I've tried last night but it didn't work. If it works, do you always have to return to your body or do you just wake up when you're no longer tired?

2 weeks ago, i couldn't return to my body. I went crazy in my projection, heart bumping fast, head strained. Then I blacked out. Woke up next morning witha MAJOR migraine, and threw up the whole day.

It takes ages to develop the discipline required...A single night isn't enough I'm afraid. Meditation on a daily basis for at least a year, and by meditation I mean EMPTYING of your mind.
and the CIA failed, because I have a funny feeling most of there Members don't know how to stop thinking. You try it Sceptics, Betcha can't do that for at LEAST ten minutes. and I'm including the little voice that goes "I'm silent now" in the backround.
If astral projection were real, then why don`t intelligence agencies use those people as covert field operatives?
The CIA has already tried to do this... and have failed. If the CIA failed, what makes you think you`d succeed? It`s all bullshit anyway.
When you astral project, you only think you're doing it because you drank battery acid all night - again - and are hallucinating.
