Pretty much just do a search with the name of the anime you want, what you're looking for (OP for opening, ED for ending, OST for soundtrack), and the word "torrent".

I've tried to find some before and didn't get very far so I searched on YouTube instead and converted them to mp3 with the YouTube to mp3 converter by DVDVideosoft. So if you can find what you want on there that's probably one of the better/quickest ways.
I'm not sure if that's the right spelling, but f you type it in on google it should correct it for you.
They have a list on the left hand side of the homepage, alphabetical order. Just pick whatever letter you want, scroll down to find the anime you want and click on it. In there should be opening, closing and soundtrack music.

You may want to try and see if Myspace music has any downloadable songs if you type the name of the anime you are looking to find music for.
