I recently moved and the arcadia door is 100 inches. I want to put the rod a bit higher so I am looking to buy draperies at maybe 109-110 inches. I like the tab tops. I checked Ikea but everything they have is to cheap and not well made. I live in Phoenix. Any suggestions where I can make this purchase without spending an arm and a leg.

Many of the styles here are available in 108" (9') length. Hope this helps.
JC Penny does have long drapes in the tab top style.
Before you purchase tab top drapes please ponder these thoughts:
Tab top curtains look great if you set the tabs so they are evenly spaced and look picture perfect and leave them alone as side panels for decorative purposes.
However, if you need privacy, and will be closing the tab top panels, you will be getting the tabs snagged on the telescoping rod. Another thing to be aware of is that the tabs will be unevenly spaced and you will have to fidget with it daily to keep the panels from looking unkept. Tab top drapes that long make it difficult to adjust the header for evenly spaced tabs and setting the fabric folds in and out.
Just keep that in mind, okay?
EDIT: Pinch pleated drapes look great all day, every day. To avoid the nasty metal utilitarian draw string style rods and your grandmother's look, us a decorative rod and hang the drapes with rings; one ring per pleat. Set the first ring on the opposite side of the bracket so when you pull them closed, the sides will stay in place.
You could also go to a fabric store and make your own curtains. That way you can get exactly what you want.
