Is there a difference between whey protien and amino acid complex? Isn't whey just made up of a lot of amino acids. I'm not asking for weight lifting or building muscle, it's just a question. Thank you.
Good, whey protein is ordinarily taken after a workout. Within half-hour to be precise. So basically after you workout, your muscle mass are torn and such. So in the event you DRINK the whey protein, it's going to be delivered to your muscle groups within 30 minutes, in view that it's a liquid, would not have to be digested. And any good whey protein has plenty of BCAAs (amino acids). AnimalPak is just right, however it isn't delivered correct away. Also, it would not include a lot protein. 1 protein shake will have to have around 50 g of protein. Two Animal packs have 6 g of protein complete. Should you desired to take each, it would be ok. There relatively isn't any replacement for whey protein in relation to repairing muscle mass.
