MOST casinos will offer complementary food or rooms if you gamble at a high enough level over a certain amount of time, but it varies by casino and by area. Go to the casino you favor, go up to the game you prefer to play, and speak to the box man or manager of that area. Tell them that you'd like your play to be rated. You can also ask them what rate of play is necessary to be offered the various types of comp packages available.

Speaking for the Atlantic City, Poconos and Connecticut areas, many casinos will comp your room Sunday night through Thursday night, and maybe provide reduced rates on the weekend. If you're a big enough player, then weekends would be comped too.
