Logic sucks if you are not good at math. Logic is really propositional calculus. Ethics depends on the professor. Philosophy is just a generalized subject. What about philosophy? Of the ones you have listed I would say ethics is the easiest.
Philosophy: The other two require some knowledge of basic premises of philosophy. So in essence you would be taking both, logic and philosophy, or ethics and philosophy, if you did not take philosophy first.
It is not easier but smarter, you need to have some foundation to build on.
