The only two credit card companies that Delta recognizes to earn Delta SkyMiles are American Express and Diner's Club - though technically it says you're trading points for miles on the Diner's Club card (see link below for the area of Delta's website mentioning it's credit card partners). In addition, there are a few generic travel cards that are out now (like the Capital One Venture cards) that claim you can use the miles you accumulate on any airline, any time. They're a bit vague on exactly how it works though - they don't specifically state if there is a 1-to-1 miles redemption or what, so I'd personally call for more details if I couldn't find them online or just go with the direct partner card from Amex.
