Of course, if you're referring to the rules for Yahoo, that's a different matter. If someone offends me with racial epithets in my living room, I am free to ask them to leave, regardless of how loudly they proclaim their freedom of speech. And Yahoo, as a private company, is free to establish reasonable rules of decorum.
It would simplify things if we would all strive to avoid offensive language and express ourselves with passion and reasonableness.
It's the unwritten law, if you say the wrong thing(mostly in SF, Marin county and the republic of z-Berkely, you can find yourself out of work, harassed by co-workers and/or neighbors, nor allowed to live in certain areas. The PC crowd has a lot of money, they can really do a person real harm, in the newspapers and the media,when they are in a mean spirited mood which is most of the time. My guy walks on eggs every day working the bay area I am praying to get transferred out of this God forsaken place!
