Update:It is C - McCain was born on a military base in Panama! The other 3 were born within the 50 states.

C When the democrat controlled congress votes to re-define "natural born citizen" as born some where within the present borders of the USA, the supreme court will rule that he can't be president.
The answer is C, however the question makes it seem like it matters where a candidate was born, when it fact is doesn't. The only requirement is that they are a US citizen, which all four candidates are.
