Several people, but most relevant to the recent movie is this: The mass extinction Thanos causes gets reversed by "Adam Warlock", and then Adam more-or-less kills Thanos & sends his spirit into the Soul Gem.
First, Nebula actually gets the gauntlet from Thanos--which would be cool to see in the movies. However, as Bye mentioned, Adam Warlock is also a big player with this. I believe he ends up with the gauntlet in the end. Thanks!
