OK, here it is (comments you shouldn't write, but I felt necessary to tell you are in []), and it's "report", not "rePPort":
(A mother and her 2 children) The mother was aged around sixty, tall, and chubby.
The associate was busy with a customer, who was searching for a Swarovski product. She welcomed me with a smile.
A long while after, she asked me if I was looking for something specific.
I told her that I was searching for a retirement gift for my colleague and I didn't know what to buy. She showed me a brooch and she asked me if my colleague would like that. I said that she didn't items like that though she wore bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. Then she asked if my colleague preferred the gold or silver. I said gold, so she showed me a gold Swarovski necklace, and a pair of earrings. When I said that it was a little bit too expensive, she asked for a price range and tried to help me. She showed me my an assortiment of gold jewellery, but had someof them didn't fit my price range for my gift.
She said that they were made from gold and when I questioned her about the stone, she answered it was made from Crystal of Autria.
As she showed me the set, she explained that many customers loved that kind of jewels. [Gold isn't a jewel.]
She suggested other items like sets and necklaces.
She took the jewels [see above] out of the showcase. I took one in my hands, because each time she kept it in hers.
She sincerely tried to help me to find a gift, but in a rather lackluster manner. For instance, she didn't tell me about the promotions that were taking place in the store.
I came to the store and looked at the Swarovski showcase. The associate was busy with a customer. The customer didn't know what to buy in the Swarovski showcase. At this point, the associate welcomed me with a smile. So the salesperson let the customer find something on her own. She asked me what I was searching for. I said that I was searching for a present for my future retired colleague and didn't know what my colleagues and I could buy. She asked for her age. I told her, that she has 67. She said that I could bring a brooch, but I told her that my colleague didn't like that. I have explained, that she loved the necklace, bracelets and earrings. So, she showed me a pendant neckace and the same pendant earrings. She said, the set cost 260 $ + taxes. I said, it was too expensive for us, so she tried to find the good match for my inquiry.
The shop is clean with good lighting and located in a little place in a mall. The window display was beautiful and full of jewels. I didn't see any figurines, just the jewels.

OK, you, use, too, many, Commas, and you capitalise words that aren't the first word of a sentence or a name (don't do this; I sort of did it in this sentence). You double consonants where it's not wanted and neglect to when they are. You repeated yourself (I got rid of some of this, but not all, since I was not sure what you were trying to say. GOLD IS NOT A JEWEL (you said this several times); it's a metal, though sometimes there is gold in jewellery.
