I see things fairly frequently but it the kind of thing that people tend to think you are a bit mad when you tell them. The last paranormal thing that I had happen to me was I came in from work and discovered some things on my bed lying in the hall. I first thought I had been burgled but I hadn't. After checking the whole house as I was kind of freaked out, i put the things back on my bed. A minute later I heard a clatter and discovered the same things lying back on the floor in the hall. (there is a distance of about 10 metres between the two). I again picked them up and put them back on the bed and went to walk out of the room and saw them come flying past me into the hall, like they were thrown. They were only magazines a pair of trousers but it freaked me out.

i don't see them all of the time but i have seen spirits a few times
