this plan will make your body lose that 10 in only 14 days....
low fat,low carb,HIGH protein ...if you ALSO run or cycle before an ALL protein breakfast then that 10 ibs will vanish even faster ...
black coffee / water is fine...so the plan well you eat ONLY natural fat from fish ...you limit your carbs to just 30 grams per day ...that doesn't sound much but when you only eat salad food...toms,mushrooms,greens etc its surprising just how much you can eat and stay WELL UNDER that 30 grams limit...and now the BEST part the protein ..just literally eat as much as you want of PURE protein foods - NOT PROCESSED CRAP - im talking about fish, chicken, turkey, egg whites, steak ...the BEST way to check on your fat weight loss is by a normal jeans belt.... as the days go by you will have to keep readjusting it as the fat simply gets burnt up as your glycogen (stored sugar) becomes lower and lower.... your body will have to find another energy source and THAT will be your OWN storage fat because your protein intake is HIGH ,its THE best diet for rapid SAFE results ,,,,
Maybe cut down on the sugars, salts, and fried food? Dr. Oz said that instead of working out after you eat you have to burn calories FIRST, THAN fat, that's why it's so hard, u waste like an hour just burning calories, who wants to work out for longer right? Makes sense...so he discovered that to burn fat straigh away is by, waking up in the mornings, don't eat anything, but a cup of cold water and go do some cardio. It worked! Haha I started that right before winter and deff. saw a difference :P I dropped like 7 pounds, I have always been pudgy lmao so I'm finally getting out of the 130 zone and 128 the worst thing is I'm short as hell. Seriously try that for at Least 4-5 times a week. Like I said though you also have to cut down on the sugars, overly salted things and fries junk. Get a healthier life style, incorporate more fruits and vegetables, grains and LEAN protein.
yeah that guy talking about set point is right. it's unhealthy to have too low of body fat, you need some. so it's hard to lose the last bit. your body takes in more and more calories for fat because you need it.
DON'T try not eating-- this puts your body into a famine-type mode, and anything you eat will go to fat. instead, try to eat high-protein 0-fat foods, like chicken and Greek yogurt, and eat regularly but possibly small foods.
also, there's this hormone called DHEA. you can buy it in pill form, but it's not 100% tested and proven to be healthy yet. but I take it, and it's good stuff. basically, when you get stressed, your body makes "cortisol," a stress hormone. but this clogs your arteries, and makes your body less able to process nutrients and fat. the DHEA kills off cortisol, making you able to process nutrients better and making you less stressed, so it can help you lose weight.
it also can help with muscle gain.
that's extensive! in no way rapid jammed besides the shown fact that interestingly relaxing... in simple terms bear in thoughts, if u do no longer lose as plenty in weeks back do no longer provide up. It takes time to confirm consequences yet set a date like 4 wks from now and take a percentnow and one then and study... you would be stunned!
i'm the same weight as you, and we considered healthy weight. I used to be 154, and once I hit the middle of the healthy weight, I couldn't anymore. So once you are in the healthy rage, it's harder to lose weight. Just exercise alottt
stand while waiting for a train
it can depend on your metabolism but by the looks of your height compared to your weight you are just where you are suppose to be trust me it seems wrong but it's not, just eat right and go for a bike ride of a jog everyday.
swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup
There is a psychological concept called the "set point theory". This in essence means that your body has its own set weight and tries to maintain it.
Basically your body just tries to maintain a sense of homeostasis.
u have to burn more calories than ur taking in so if u eat and ur caleries intake is 200 n u will need to burn at least 400 this will remove the 200 and another 200 off of that
