Why did Real madrid lose?
I play soccer and i know the rules but todays game confussed me. They were up 2-1 and it went to overtim and the pk's. Why??? Can someone explain it to me

this was the second leg, bro. Madrid lost the first match 1-2, so when the were up 2-1 at the end of regulation, the aggregate score was 3-3 so they went to extra time and then penalties.
I'm just waiting for the American jokes to come up...
Madrid won the game, but because they lost the first of the two game tie by the same score, they were in a deadlock tie and it had to go to extra time and penalties to determine a winner and who would go to the Final.
Well Madrid dominated too late in the game.They started off strong them they started defending.They were satisfied easily with the 2 goals.They then slowed down their pace and didn't focus on dominating the ball.Madrid could have done better,but they settled for ending the game quickly and it cost them in the end.They did good,but not their best.Bayern deserved to win and we must congratulate them.
