They go to medical school for so long and you go to them to get to the solution and you pay $100.00 see them for five minutes and they don't solve your issue. I must of seen 3 dr's this year and none of them deserved payment or title of DR

That is why it is called the practice of medicine. They are still practicing. Go to WebMD, they often get it right and it costs nothing.
They do it quick because they have so many other patients. In doctors offices here in the UK there is usually about 3 or 4 doctors at one practice and often they have so many other patients and it's even hard to get an appointment some times because of so many people.
I'm glad doctors are so quick because I don't like going the doctors. What they do is listen to your symptoms, examine you (depending on the situation) they bring up your medical record on the computer and then they will see what is the most likely cause based on all that and then usually send you away with a prescription or some advise and then say come back in a few days or whatever if it doesn't get better and then they will explore other options.
Like I said due to so many other patients they do kind of have to run as efficiently as possible.
The last time I went to one, I was in there only about 5 minutes and they got it right the first time round because it really did go away roughly in the time frame they said it would.
And I'm assuming you're judging their skills against your own extensive, in depth knowledge of medicine.
