Hey, I am leaving high school in a few weeks, and throughout my whole experience there I have never had a girlfriend, whenever I think I find an intelligent and polite girl, they then choose an idiot, which. Confuses me a lot (I'm not talking about everyone, just the majority of girls), people say I am good looking and have a good personality, I treat everyone equal no matter who they are, what religion they are or what they have done in the past, yet most of the girls go for people who are disrespectful, they intimidate people, and try to be cool.
So what is the reason why most girls do this, so they do it for attention, or do they just want to have a boyfriend to make their friends jealous (I don't mean all girls, I'm not trying to offend anyone here, I'm just confused), is it just me? Should I change, or should I wait until everyone gets abit older and matures? Thanks

Hi it's coz they are insecure so they go for so called bad boys to try n give them self esteem ,WRONG girls never really marry bad boys they just let bad boys use them or vice versa,
In all honesty I agree WOMEN love nice guys,GIRLS not all want to hang with bad boys but want good guys if u get my drift ,so yeah lol ♥
Absolutely excellent girls, considering the fact that with a nasty lady, you are soliciting for a load of drama or an STD, or both if ur simply that unlucky..I've had my share of unhealthy ladies and that's just now not a group I plan on going back too, lol so a good lady that's now not caught up or try new matters
Girls/Women like a guy with a little edge to them. Not necessarily a "bad guy". The bad guy has too much edge but most of us need that. We want to feel protected. We want a good guy that can make us feel protected. Not a jerk. If a guy is too nice, its like you can just run over them and some do. The guy just ends up getting used. We don't want a guy we can just run over and use.(Most Of Us) That's why guys that are too nice are friend zoned. When I say too nice, I mean let the girl always have her way. If you want something you have to go out the and get it. You cant wait around to see if somebody likes you. I bet right around you graduate you will find out that tons of people liked you, but were too chicken to tell you. I didn't have my first boyfriend til after high school. Or they were waiting on you. That's what happened to me. Go out and get what you want. Its not going to come to you. Be yourself but dint let people run over you. Dint be afraid to say no. You will find your girl!
For some girls it's the thrill of being with someone they shouldn't be that draws them to bad boys. They think they'll be the ones to make them good. Some girls are really messed up (usually have daddy issues) and think they don't deserve a nice guy and go for the jerks. Don't change as not all girls act so silly about guys.
Another thing to think about is that girls do like nice guys but not doormats. I dated a guy who was lovely and kind but could never say no to me. He was incapable of having his own opinion and it drove me mad. Keep being respectful but don't be eager to please.
School environment is kind of wacky. I'm guessing you're falling in love with hottest girls in school right.. well they know their hot too.. and knowing so they're gonna want to get with hottest guy they think they can get in school. All I can say is step your game up. Get into bodybuilding. Pack on some muscle. Your coming out of school huh.. Get a job someplace. You'll find a girl at job environment.. less dudes to compete with equals better odds.
I'm a girl and I HATE bad guys. Only sluts go for the ones who are all spray paint this and curse about that. If I chose who to go out with, he would have good grades, he'd be funny, cool but not all act up in front of his friends. He would love me and would be kind to me. If you do these things you are bound to get a girlfriend. DON'T act bad. Be yourself.
its just like that with girls at highschool age (14-18) they always go for the opposite natured guys like if there smart they will go for the idiots and if there dumb they will go for the smarter ones. i know this because there are a ton of dumb girls after me. dont change wait for everyone to mature. hope this helped and best of luck.
