I just feel dizzy.

maybe u need to eat more or u dnt have enough vitamins in ur body tell ur doctor to check u out
You could be dehydrated, try drinking lots of water (only), eating healthy foods and resting. Continue this for a couple of days. If you are still feeling dizzy you should seek medical advice.

also you could be having inner ear problems.
