Sounds like a normal human reaction when going through rough stuff. Remember that this rough time, like all others will pass so do not give a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
I know you don't feel like it, but make sure you are doing self-care such as eating consistently and with good nutrition, showering every day, sleeping on some sort of basic 8 hour schedule, serious exercise or at least a walk that gets you sweating to unload some of the stress, have some fun in your life and do something that brings you joy. Give yourself permission to take breaks from the misery and be happy.
Consider seeing someone to help you get over the hump such as a cognitive behavoiral psych/therapist, friends that have good life skills, etc. Sometimes medication from a doctor can help in the short term.
Make sure you are breathing deep and relaxing on purpose.
Be your own best friend. I am sorry things stink right now, but fatigue, body aches, digestive issues, thinking issues, etc. are a normal response to excessive stress. Think what you would do for a good friend feeling like you feel and take your own advice. Do not isolate yourself and make it all worse. Get up, get out, and stick to your routine. Fake it until you make it.
Take action on things you can change, drop the things you cannot control or change out of your mind, and be sure you know the difference. Be your own one-man cheerleading squad. Watch your self-talk. Do you allow constant negative thoughts. If it is not helpful, positive, or productive, drop it. Breathe and live and find your hope again.
I'm very sorry you're experiencing this. I can't tell you why you feel the way you do. It could be due to may things...
the way your life is going,
recent events beyond your control,
a chemical imbalance in your brain (mental disorder)...
etc.
But it is important to remember that nearly everyone feels suicidal at some point in their life. I am bipolar and I've experienced this feeling more times than I could possibly count or guess at. Sometimes what gets me through is distracting myself with something... a movie, a book - anything that works. When those things just won't do it, sometimes I'll take a nap because at least that way I cannot harm myself. There are many resources out there for you...
because life is rough right now and you dont want to face it. Stand up to it and make it better. You may need some help/counseling to help you get through it but there are incredibly high and low pts in life. We need to learn to face them and know we can change it for the better. Never give up, no matter how hard life gets.
I'm so sorry you feel like this. Please don't do anything to harm yourself. There are crisis intervention centers all over the country. Please call and talk to one of the counselors at a center near you. You don't even have to give your name if you don't want to.
Sometimes we all have loads to heavy to bear alone. It's OK to ask for help and advice. If we had pain in our stomach we'd get that looked after. Emotional pain is very real and should be addressed as well.
Please don't wait. Call someone now and talk about what's bothering you. It'll help and they may be able to offer you additional resources of assistance.
alot of psychologists would be wrong, i went through a suicidal stage myself, and the feelings are real. your suicidal, because unlike other animals humans recognize their own death as inevitable. as animals, were constantly looking for a way to escape our pain, but unfortunately by recognizing our deaths, they become an option of escape. youve got a lot to see in this world, and you shouldnt let anyone take your chance to experience it away, not even yourself, because you know what it feels like after you die? alot like before you were born. you dont really want to go back to the void without feeling the full human experience do you? because in the end, youll get to escape anyways. hold out and recognise that while suicide is an option, its a poor one to choose
Things might seem really bad right now I know. Please realize that you have so much happiness ahead of you. Don't miss out on that......you will be glad you stuck around. I promise!!!! Take care of yourself...peace.

Make a doctor's appointment, then see depression, and suicidal thoughts, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on pages 2, and 5.

Learn to love yourself, because when you do, selfdestruct is not an option.
a lot of psychologists would say that you dont feel this way, that your just looking for confirmation, so here it is.
Give it time, you'll be alright. :)
