Why Do I Look Weird When... *Side Swept Bangs Question*?
hiya.
i cut my hair 2 days ago for the first time ever. i now have medium, short hair, and side swept bangs :)
my hair looks awesome when let down, but when i tied it into a high pony, my bangs look kinda weird =\
the bangs are nice, but the other side of my head looks baldish.
also, my bangs kinda dont cover the whole side ofmy head. i think that makes it look kinda strange.
ive tried adding more hair to my bangs, but the layers are too long and it looks dumb,
and ive also tried adding hair to the oposite side to my bangs, but again the layers are too long.
what can i dooo!??

Update:also, if i go back to the hairdressers, will they charge me extra to fix my bangs?

hmm you can try cutting it yourself...or have a friend do it. you mentioned putting hair that's opposite the bangs down. do that, but then cut it layered, so it angles the other way of the bangs. that should help...and if you don't trust yourself or any friends or family, go back to the hair dressers. they may charge you a small fee, or not. it's all up to them. if you're unsure, call and ask.
strengthen it out on your chin and then ask for graduated section swept bangs. They form of attitude it so your hair seems layered interior the front. that seems great parted interior the middle, plus because of the fact that's layered interior the front you would be waiting to section it to the section. section swept bangs look greater suited parted to the section besides, so the full bang is off to the section.
so the thing you need, is more of a face frame. so when you put your hair up, the layers will fall towards your face. so it will cover more of your face. so on the opposite side of your bangs, you just need a little more layers and you will be good.

add more hair from the back into your bangs and then cut the hair into the form of the shape of your bangs already. you'll have to train the hair to stay there though. use clips to pin your bangs to the side so when you let them down they stay.
Put your bangs up too OR leave strands of hair to frame your face.
long hair makes you look more nicer and adorable and short hair you look such as a little girl.
I dont realize what to say but, long tresses is cute but you keep flicking your hair up so you can easily see, short hair is cool as well as you dont have to flick your current hair up at all
The most that I can say is that you should go to your hairdresser, they should not how to fix it b/c it's their job. No, they will not charge you extra.
when you put your hair up, put your bangs in a pouf,.
thats coz you are balding from that side.. try to keep changing your sides .. sometimes keep ur bangs on ur right parted from left.. n sometimes keep it left parted from right.. i hope u get wat i mean.. try to keep changing the partings.
