a lot of the time when i move one body part, such as a thigh or my back, or bend my toes or knees, the bone'll crack. like my spine or my hip joints. Why does it do that? it happens a lot and kinda loud. i'm 13, 5'7, and i dance. does it happen because i'm growing?

it doesn't have much to do with the fact your growing..im 21 and my joints have cracked all my life like that. Its usually due to a tendon snapping over a bony area in your body- most common in the knee, hips, and shoulders like you mentioned. It is usually not a big deal, as long as it doesn't hurt.
Your bones crack a lot bc of your joints hitting together. It's nothing to worry about just try to avoid cracking them.
the cracking noise is just the hydrogen gas being smashed in your joints.
It can happen if you are not getting enough sun light
