I am very uncomfortable. I ate and drank lots of water but it won't go away. I took a walk and took some advil. but Its still here .IT JUST WON'T GO AWAY!!! help!!!
Update:when i say i drink alot of water its like right after i finish my water i fill it up again

It could be very well what you are eating and what is in your current diet. I know that if you don't have Folic Acid in your diet (vitamin-B: rebuilds red blood cells) could cause dizziness. Eating leafy veggies such as spinach, broccoli, and/or lettuce will help. I know when I had the same symptoms as yourself, I starting taking multi-vitamins as well as including more fiber into my diet (brown rice, wheat bread, and even bought some fiber one cereal). My dizziness and headaches faded afterward.
Do you have a stuffy nose or do your ears feel a little clogged? If so it is possible that your equilibrium is a little messed from that. And when you say lots of water how much do you mean? Because for some people a lot of water really is not enough. There is also the possibility that you could need more salt in your diet. Not getting enough can mess with your blood pressure and make you dizzy. It happens to myself, my brother and my mother. There are possibly many other reasons why, so I think it would be a good idea to see a doctor about. Maybe a neurologist would be best. I hope I could help. :)
sometimes side affects of medication can include dizziness, but it depends on what you are taking. maybe you arent eating enough. maybe you are getting ill? or maybe you are tired or not getting enough sleep?
