I know this one! The Teamsters number one concern is enriching its leadership. The proof of this was the last big UPS strike. It was not a strike over wages. UPS wanted to put the drivers on the same health-care and retirement plans as its non-union employees. These plans were superior to the teamster's plans. The union did not want this to happen because the administration of the union plans is done by the union. The people that do the administration are all very very highly paid and most all of them are related to union officers.

One reason a lot of non union places make what they make, is the management is trying to keep employees there, plus they would like to avoid having the workers unionize.
Being component to a union would not define your status as a consultant , What you do on your artwork that makes you impressive. I even have had some undesirable instructors and that i've got had mentors. it form of feels unlucky that individuals who can get into the possibility and rewards device can mess it up for the individuals who relatively deserve the rewards . like all occupation you have people who're passionate and prefer it , and you have people who merely might desire to make money at something.

not sure, I do know full time UPS jobs are hard to get. Starting out and finding room to move up makes it tough.
I do know the Ins at UPS was great for part time people. If Fed ex benefits good?
The Fed Ex guy here told me bought his own truck. UPS provides trucks and service for them.
Not true. My husband used to work for UPS and we have a friend who has worked for both.
union or not, why would you want to work for UPS?
If that is true (doubtful, and you don't provide a source), I would assume it is because the union gets the other half.
