So This first starting happening when i first built the computer it just restarted by itself and i got a blue screen. I thought oh maybe just a one time deal but after that it started to restart more frequently and after that it got so frequent that the computer wouldn't ever go past booting up before it restarted its self. So i took it to the local neighborhood computer shop and asked them if they could fix it. They said yes and i got the computer back few days after, They said it was the ram, so i bought new ram and they installed it into my computer just to be safe. So then i took it home and the process happened all over again! Spaced restarts then getting more frequent and frequent until it wont even boot up i thought maybe i could solve this myself and save gas money and 50 bux Please help!

The power supply needs changed. That is where I would start.
Do you have another computer that you could swap the components with? Or do you know someone who has?
It could be one of many things and you need to eliminate them. It could be the CMOS battery, the memory, the hard drive(s), the power supply, the graphics card, the motherboard, almost anything.
Check that all connections are made properly and install the drivers for the motherboard and graphics card. Try one memory module at a time in the primary slot. Check that the CPU isn't overheating and that you've used thermal paste and the heatsink/fan is properly connected. If its an older motherboard then overheating, faulty components or bad connections seem to be the most likely cause.
