How can I stop it from doing this? It's really annoying! Because it's done this at least 4 times today!!!

if it is about the screen saver,
right click (anywhere except taskbar) on your desktop -- properties -- tab screensaver -- change the drop list menu (e.g. to none) and also check for power setting (the button below the drop list menu)
