Back in late 1999 was when my subdivision went into development. My house was built in 2000 and the last house in here was built in 2005. I remember how nice this neighborhood used to look back then. Now most of the houses are covered in mold and in horrible condition (some even still have christmas lights hanging from years ago) with trash everywhere and most people don't even mow their yards. Why would somebody let this happen? It's deperessing and I can't even sell my house now because my property value has been destroyed because of the poor condition of the neighborhood.

Because subdivisions are built to be temporary and disposable. I choose to only live in traditional neighborhoods built before the 1950's, when houses were built to last. Suburbia as it exists today is a failed experiment.
i might wish that chatting with them could clean up the difficulty yet i'm afriad they could get protective and reason you much greater grief. i might recommend going approximately it tactfully. Is there a reason they could no longer shop up the backyard? Is it accessible they have an extenuating condition that makes backyard care complicated/ (actual ailment, no longer top equipment?) is that this something the pals ought to in all probability help with? possibly take turns mowing their backyard for them or allowing them to borrow the right procedures? How approximately organizing a committee for backyard of the month? possibly some added community satisfaction will kick them into equipment. possibly a flier disbursed to all pals outlining the importance of keeping the community aethetically eye-catching and a few large advantages of doing so. upload in there strategies on watering, frequency of mowing, edging, etc. allotting it to all pals would be certain one isn't singled out and embarassed.
