Update 3:@andromaq: ah i see i am pretty sure they lok like this because of their french ancestry then as some French people look quite spanish. i though kate looked French ( i know her french look alike) but her sister more spanish cause she is more tanned, but well without the self tanner she'd probably look french too!!

The Middleton's have no Spanish ancestry. They're all English ancestry with a little French.
I think she's been in the self-tanner.
All three of the Middleton children have dark hair and a slightly olive cast to their skin, and I've wondered where it might have come from. Their ancestry as far as it's been determined is almost entirely British, but peoples from many nations have settled in Britain over the centuries, so who knows where their coloring comes from?
But it should be noted that she was heavily tanned on the wedding day. That's not her natural coloring.
I think Lili is probably right....with her coloring and her tan....maybe that is why she looks that way to you. But I think that Lili is also right about her ancestry.....when the BBC broadcasted here on the day of the wedding....they were saying that her folks are English for a good ways back.
white Porcelain skin with a blush of english rose..they do not have!...none of the Middleton's..they are 'dark'..with the olive skin. they look Mediterranean. don't worry,genealogical societies and Burke's peerage will be doing a genealogical analysis.none of them have a need for a spray on tan,and Pippa's was orange...i did not like it ! the gay brother is cute with his dark 'manness'
