Im exercise every day,I use to do aerobics,step,etc.....what may i can do, to stop the pain.I exercise for tree years,but im stop for one years,Im start again five month ago.I love exercise,I feel better workout,help me to finish the pain.

You may have shin splints or you may be working yourself too hard. Also, are you stretching? Do a short warm-up so your muscles get warm, then stretch those leg muscles.
ur probably just not used to it yet
maybe in the winter or something u made ur bones weaker by wearing one layer of pants
it can seriously harm ur bones
