It could be because of the "curse of Billy Penn". It all started when there was a gentlemen's agreement in Philadelphia to not build anything higher than William Penn's hat ( a staute of him is on top of City Hall), but it was broken in 1987 when they built the skyscraper's One and Two Liberty Place and ever since no one could get a Sports Title in Philadelphia :(
because they boo santa claus and their own players. its a rough sports town, a blue collar city. nobody likes flashy players and whatnot they like the hard working athletes like aaron rowand who ran into a fence to catch a ball and broke his nose. some fans might be a little too intoxicated and throw things on the field and some are rude and disrespectful, but not all philly fans are that way.

The fans treat thier sports players like sh!t!
One person came up to Joe Smith of the 76ers and asked why they weren't losing no more.
Well, I'm a Philadelphia fan, but I admit that they are pretty bad...I guess the only reason that I can think of is the fans are so harsh!
Because their team hasnt had big stars recently beside AI and plus almost every team of theirs have a losing seasons
casue they dont sign team players
