If you go to tirerack.com and search for aftermarket wheels for your vehicle it should list the bolt pattern and backspacing for the wheel, if you look up both cars you should be able to see if they are the same, for example it might show 4-100 bolt pattern and 4" backspacing. As for tires, you could do the same thing, look up replacement tires on that site and see if the sizes are the same, for example 185/70R14 (the letter does not affect the size)
