Will Loreal Paris AA03 Ultra light blonde turn my jet black hair into blonde? or a diffren't colour?
I have Jet Black hair & I was Wondering if I use it will my hair go blonde as how I wanted it to go or will it go some onther random colour??

No. One of two things will happen.
If you have colored your hair to be the jet black it will have a much harder time lifting to the blonde, and if you have new growth ( since you had colored your hair black) the roots will left much lighter, what we call hot roots. And your ends will likely be a blotchy orange/red.
If your hair is naturally black and you had not colored in the past, it may lighten better for you but it still will not go from black to blonde (you might get up to maybe a 6 on a scale of 1 black to 10 blonde, totally assuming based off what your telling me and depends on what volume your box color comes with) so it will still likely be brassy.
Sorry there is no magic black to blonde or I would be out of a job, I recommend setting up a consultation with a colorist.
Definitely don't do that! It will make your hair orange.
Before going to blonde from black hair, you have to bleach it. I recommend going to the salon and getting it bleached professionally because going from dark hair to light hair can be really tricky.
