if you don't put up msaa you should be able to, though quality won't be as good, it will still be reasonably good, it all depends on how you like your eye candy. What above said, change the gpu, if your on a budget than you can't really do any better. You can try changing the gtx 660 to a 660ti.. or at least 7870.. its should be hanging around the same price as the 660.
Oh and to save you money.. you can change that wd hdd from 500 gb to 1tb, if you switch to seagate barracuda, they have a 1tb for around the same price as that 500gb.
Everything looks great, but I would bump up the graphics card a bit, that one is a little dated for crysis 3 on ultra, go for a Radeon HD 7950. or if you are particular to nvidia at least get a gtx 670.
The 7950 is an excellent gpu though, I really recommend it. I have a Sapphire HD 7950, and I played through the entire single player campaign of Crysis 3 on ultra (everything turned up as high as it will go) at 1920x1080 resolution, but with anti aliasing turned down to 4x instead of 32x or whatever the max was. it ran at a consistent 40+ FPS except for a few very intense cutscene moments where it would drop down to 25-30 briefly, and the multiplayer runs perfectly.
the processor is plenty, if you get the Sapphire 7950, you will not be disappointed with the performance in Crysis 3.
Your computer will run some maps on ultra in multiplayer and single player depending on how grassy the maps are, but not at extremely playable framerates, 25-35 at most. The graphics card is what needs to be upgraded in your build, and you would rather want to switch to an i7, because an i7 will give you much better gaming performance than a Vishera processor, which is mostly good for compute purposes, like rendering HD videos. If you're stuck on getting an Nvidia graphics card, I would at least get a GTX 670 and an Ivy Bridge i7.
Maybe on high with MSAA x2 but not on Ultra with MSAA x8 , I've got a GTX 670(OCed to 1215MHz) and it can only run the game at ultra with MSAA x4 @ about 60-70 FPS , you need to upgrade the Graphics card .
