You could get a better motherboard and CPU for that matter and plus memory too. I would go for a AM3 more core and more bang for your bucks.

The rest of the part that you have listed look good. Have your friend to look at this. I wouldn't get AMD FM2 with that video card that you are looking at would bottleneck and get you to much heat and problems from crossfires.
Your PC is soooo off base.
1) in a $900 build 4gb 1333mhz isnt going to cut it. get atleast 1600mhz if your trying to stay at 4gb.
2) Why Do you have a APU and a 7950? Swap out that A10-6800K with a FX-6300
3) When you change the CPU change the Mobo
A 650 watt power supply would be fine. get one that's at least 80% efficient.
forget the asus sound card, you won't hear the difference on computer speakers.
Other than that it all looks good.
Yes, that's a great build. I recommend you plug them all in to the website pcpartpicker.com where you can find all the lowest prices on the parts and any discounts available. They also will tell you if there are any potential issues with compatibility.
Yes. But you've picked a back CPU and GPU so you will have bottlenecks.
