Will my Laptop Run Diablo III?

I'm not VERY savvy when it comes to Graphics cards, i think everything else is fine compared to the specifications on the Diablo III Wiki

Sorry no it won't run Diablo III. Thats a basic GFX card, not meant for gaming, and even if it could load the game it wouldn't be playable...

staring on the specs and specifically the image card and being diablo lll is a extreme game the final you will get without lagging is medium settings the lagging will initiate at extreme settings because of the fact the game is being performed extremely settings low fps with some lagging besides
