Will the US Marshals Service accept Military Police as prior law enforcement experience?
I am joining the Air Force as an MP and i was just wondering if The USMS will except that as prior law enforcement experience and if not why?

As long as your MOS is Military Police it will accept that time as Federal Time also.
for many federal regulation enforcement positions, a college degree is needed. Having protection stress journey is a plus, yet no longer require. A 4 3 hundred and sixty 5 days bachelors degree is needed in spite of the undeniable fact that.
NO, They will NOT accept the military police job as 'law enforcement' experience.
It's a Security Guard job, not law enforcement.

It should be recognized unless your time with the Air Force is spent totally behind a desk and never gets you out on patrol.
If it is accepted it will be the absolute minimum and not make you competitive. Seek to get a commission as an officer. This will build up your resume and make you a much better candidate.
