Hi, My laptop won't let me log onto my normal user profile but instead logs me onto a temporary profile which means i cant access any of my files or data.

it displays an error message and ive checked the event log and it says Kernal power event 41 has occured.

I have tried a system restart but that doesnt help.

I have looked on the microsoft website but there is nothing on there stating a solution, how do i fix this?

please help, thankyou
