the *first* thing to do, is TURN.. YOUR... COMPUTER...
OFF!
the longer its on, the deeper its drilling into your computer
its downloading more and more junk onto your comuter - making it harder and harder to get back to clean and free
as for fixing this situation, the "best" way to do this is... take your HD out, connect it to another computer (slave it), run MalWareBytes AntiMalware (MBAM) on that computer against your HD
then, once the MBAM scan is complete and you've removed all the baddies MBAM finds, put your HD back into your computer - find software called "combofix," d/l it, and run it
that was teh "best" way - but you probably won't go taking your HD out and transplanting it into another computer
so... find "malwarebytes antimalware" (google for it), download it and run it
be sure to update it (third tab from the left) - make sure the date of matches todays date (keep clicking "update" until your all the way up to date!)
select the first tab (scan) - select "quick scan"
once the scan is done, "show results" and "remove selected"
restart
the problem is... when/if its a really bad infection, that virus won't let you even get to the malwarebytes website
: (
thus, you hear advice to go to a friends house etc
and.. that's why i advise teh "best" way is to put your HD into a non-infected computer and scan it that way
its a real booger!
but.. bottom line, the thing you'll probably end up doing is calling in a tech - a computer guy
do a search on "computer repair" (put your city in the search terms too) and pick someone with good credentials
if you take your computer in, you'll pay $250-$350 to get this job done
if someone comes to your place, it'll be $200-$300
best buy/geek squad will charge you $200/hr - and take 4-6 days to get to you
oh.. you could look on maps.google.com or local.yahoo.com too - those sites often list previous customer's reviews
call up a few, get a feel for the company, pick the one you feel comfortable with
but i'd say you're in pretty deep over your head on this one - its a baddie
for sure
this one gives even experienced techs a run for their money
Seems like lots of folks are getting infected with this Windows Antivirus Pro. You should do what I did, get yourself a top flight antivirus program that specializes in rogue viruses. It is well worth it not to skimp out on great virus protection because the really nasty ones can completely destroy your computer and steal your identity. The one I use can be downloaded at:
Go to control panel and uninstall programs if its not there then it neither came with your computer and windows don't recomend you to take it out or its neither a virus

You should scan your system with Spyware Doctor/Malwarebytes in safe mode. If that fails, try removing it manually:

There is a free way to remove it, follow the instructions here:

Go to control panel and uninstall programs if its not there then it neither came with your computer and windows don't recomend you to take it out or its neither a virus
