Login to your account. You'll see your Dashboard. Choose "appearance" from the left menu and then "theme options". If the theme allows you to change this option then you can change it from there.

Visit the other options from "appearance" too. Maybe "Widgets" can help you (this goes according the theme's options). If you can see the "Plugins" button (somewhere below "appearance") then you can install a plugin to help you (if you can find an appropriate one... I believe you will... wordpress has thousand of plugins!)
