Would I lose residency?
I'm a resident of ND and looking for housing in either Grand Forks (ND) or East Grand Forks (MN). My question is whether or not I would lose ND residency if I moved to East Grand Forks.
Update:I forgot to mention I will be a student at UND.

If you reside in one state, you no longer reside in another.
But the more relevant question is: residency for what? Different places define "residency" differently if you're concerned about benefits.
