Just 45 mins ago i went to the store to get a mtw kickstart and i walk through this wood path that cuts through an elderly home to the place. I am walking through the woods and im on the other side now and i see a man with a distorted looking face shortish in the woods staring right at me. I basically said **** that mtw and ran across the street to my road that leads to my neighboorhood i look back to that exact area and boom hes gone i dont see him wtf was that. I didint pull out my camera he was wearing a light blue suit and tie but he seemed odd. Im a dude so he probs wasent gonna rape me but like abduct me or some **** idk. Oh yeah and a fedora but his face seemed almost blurred out.
Update:PS he was not their when i was in the woods that would have to mean he was hiding behind a tree or something watching me. I wouldn't be scared if i knew it was 100% human i could have kicked his *** but this **** look paranormal. I looked directly at his face and it was like one of those face blurs and then he was suddenly gone.

When you look at someone for recognition, you look directly at the head, not the shoes or legs, you look at the head. As the face was unclear, you should have automatically registered the hat. You made no mention of the hat until later like it was an afterthought. You went to the suit and gave the colour yet still no mention of the hat, You even mention that he wore a tie. You automatically read a book at the beginning. When you describe someone, you go top to bottom. He wore a hat. I couldn't make out facial features but he wore a light blue suit with tie.That is why I know you are talking bullshit. You are also a kid. That is why you are so full of what you would do to him. My guess is that since it was at night and limited lighting, you may have seen a tree and branches that had humanoid featured.
The human brain tries to pick out recognizable shapes including faces. With the branches there may have been dark areas and contrasting light areas that looked like a creepy face.
And as you moved, the orientation shifted and you no longer saw the face. An optical illusion.
Presumably one of the residents of the old people's home, wearing old-fashioned clothes and perhaps hunched up due to rheumatism, lumbago or arthritis.
