I think Magneto can do to Deadpool like what he did to Wolverine.

Deadpool (classic pool with healing, not good lookin Wade now)

Magneto could try and try but would never be able to kill Wade, and Pool can get pretty creative when it comes to killing someone.

So I see Deadpool beating Magneto down with a sack of rotten potatoes.
