05 impala radio cuts out
the radio just cuts out for a second of silents and right back in but no lights go dim like if it had a short it does it several times during a drive,you can put a cd in and it plays just fine it just happens on radio,have had the dealer run scans and they said there is no problem they can see,anybody know what it could be?

It's likely you have a bad connection to the antenna (aerial). Check it out and fix it if you can. Sometimes it's easier just to buy & install a new antenna. Although more rare, you may have an intermittently bad connection inside the radio.
