I have a naturally active 10 month old son, and am currently 14 months pregnant. Any tips to help with energy. I try to nap when he does, but can't always do that. Even getting 10-12 hrs sleep a night doesn't seem to help me get through the days.
Thanks in advance.
Update:Yes.... 14 weeks people... obvious mistake.

I even have 2 little ones and via 2 weeks previous due i grew to become into commencing morning affliction and feeling horribly ill at ordinary situations of day. I even have had scares while youthful and there's a few thing else that would postpone a era.....rigidity. I say do a try as I consistently discovered a unfavourable try delivered the stress way down and the era got here no longer long after. the different ingredient is that in case you're no longer wrapped relating to the assumption of being pregnant, the quicker you hit upon out the greater innovations you have relating to the being pregnant and in case you have been to choose for to terminate, 12 weeks is the time in the previous which you will possibly desire to have made this selection.
The only thing that helped me was power naps through the day. Even just 5 mins of shut eye helped me out. Im sure thats harder with a 10 month old, but its really the only thing i could do that helped me. They say up to two cups of coffee a day is ok during pregnancy so maybe you could try a cup in the morning to get you going and a cup mid day to help you through the rest.
For me by 15 weeks or so i slowly started getting my energy back so hang in there :)
