Not really painful cramps but light cramps. Also this white milky discharge? I mean I normally have it but now it's more frequent. My pee is lighter than before and frequent urination? Headaches? I feel bloated too, It's all of this normal? I'm sorry it's just that I'm newly pregnant with my first child. Thanks in advance.

All of those symptoms are normal except the cramps (although you can get them as well, its just not as common!), they are normally something you get earlier or a lot later. Keep an eye on them, if they go away then no problem, if they increase then I would contact your doctor/midwife to get a check up just in case. I had all the other symtoms you describe esp the headaches, drove me mad!
Good luck!

im 15 weeks and i had the EXACT symptoms you are explaining about a week ago LOL. The discharge is normal and good. it is keeping infection and bacteria away from your cervix and your mucus plug is fighting off infection and bacteria from reaching your baby. Light pee means you are hydrated very well! also a good thing. Your pee is SUPPOSED to be clear. pregnant or not. I am getting headaches from lotions and even touching my head, acetaminophen is 100% safe because it does not get dissolved into your blood, but dissolved in your liver which does not go to the placenta. Bloating is fine , it is probably from the liquids your body is taking, and this week or next week is when the "growth spurt" is about to happen. Cramps are your uterus stretching hence the "growth spurt". i never had cramps till now!good luck!
