does my 16 year old have to come with me if that is what the custody papers say. she is supposed to be with me on the weekends but lately has been wanting to stay at her other house because she gets away with more...can i make her come to my house since that is what the papers say?

Yeah, at age 16, hormones are so crazy (which I'm sure you know), in two years she is going to do whatever she wants and if you force her now, she might resent you in two years and not come around anymore. I would just discuss it with her and try treating her like an adult and just tell her that you really want to spend time with her, even if it's just going and getting lunch together one day here or there. You definately want to have a good relationship with her now so she doesn't run off and act crazy when she turns 18.

She does have to come with you. If you don't get to see your daughter as often as the custody papers say, you can tell your lawyer and he will fix it. I think, at least. My dad didn't bother to fight for custody because he didn't want to pay child support.
Yes, you can try but if it gets referred back to court (that is if the other parent puts it back to court) then the court will listen to the views of the child now that she is older.
yes you can make her but in two years she will go were she wants and you will be the bad guy she is old enought now let her live were she wants you will be glad you did later on
