rim sizes and the GT and GTS also have wider side skirts from the factory and come standard with fog lights..and i dont think the RS comes with a sunroof

The only inter-trim differences were the rims. I also wanted to mention the biggest change of the 3g eclipses was the fog lights in the bumper between 02 and 03.
