buying a BMW without inspecting and test driving it,
IS big risk at times.
Pictures can decieve u at times.what about the engine?

I wouldnt buy a car off ebay unless you are willing to take it in the shorts,, most times the camera covers up alot of damage that is actually there, best to see a car in person that way you can make a better descision
I couldn't get to the ebay page you linked but try BimmerTrader too. Mostly enthusiasts post there so cars are generally in better shape, well maintained, etc.
