In large saucepan combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well. Leftovers freeze well.
Cooked Chicken (shredded or cut up into very small pieces)
3/4 box of spaghetti
jar of velveeta
1 small jar of salsa
cook spaghetti, add in chicken pieces of shredded chicken, jar of velveeta and salsa stir together and bake for 20 minutes at 350 uncovered. By the way, monitor the liquid amount carefully, it is supposed to be saucy not soupy...add more spaghetti if it is too soupy since the pasta will absorb the liquid.
I have also tried to use like Tostitos mild cheese sauce minus the salsa but it might be a little too spicy for the little ones. If you do try this version, please do not use the whole box of spaghetti it will be dry.
