So I have recently started a YouTube channel and YouTube only accepts certain video formats.
Here is a list of them:

I use Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 to edit my videos and put them all together. In order to upload a premiere pro file to YouTube, you have to convert it to one of the accepted files. I have to convert a .mp4 video and audio file (video gameplay and game audio) and also a .wma file (commentary) to one of the acceptable formats. I do not use a separate export program. I just click on Sequence in the Project and then I go to File and then Export and then Media. The problem is that I cannot figure out which options/formats will render the video to YouTube in the highest quality settings. I have tested some presets that take over an hour and others that take over 10 minutes. I do not have a lot of bandwidth nor a strong processor (i3) and I cannot figure out which formats are most efficient.
What format/file can I use to render out in the highest quality settings if I have 2 hours to get the video exported to an appropriate file format and to render the exported video to YouTube??
No spam please and serious answers only.
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
After choosing File > Export, the Media Encoder application will open. In Media Encoder, choose Format > H.264. Look at the Video Tab at the bottom right of Media Encoder and note the Basic Video Settings for Width and Height, as well as, Frame Rate. Then Choose Presets > YouTube (video format from Basic Video Settings here). and then click Export. Hope that helps!
Premiere Pro Export For Youtube
Trust the Adobe guy. And do use the separate export program (that is bundled with Premiere), Adobe Media Encoder. It comes with YouTube presets and honestly, those are perfectly fine, both in compatibility and quality. How long it takes to export totally depends on your computer, video settings, duration, and whether you used any special or not-so-special effects.
Sony vega's high quality at 360p is amazingly undesirable, however the HD is amazing on fraps (this technique i take advantage of) Exporting to youtube isn't the appropriate, yet you could purely render the video then upload t by making use of way of youtubes website. primary, vegas is somewhat hard to discover earlier each little thing yet as quickly as mastered is big!

I have helped people " who cannot afford" computing, refurbish old systems donated by schools and http://www.groffice.com/
has really enabled me to give these people good software that would normally be out of their reach ( I don't charge for my service,) just thought I would pass the word on
